Great location and pool!

Property is in a great location, close to Cooper's Beach and Southampton. Pool and pool deck area are great for barbecues and lounging around. Neighborhood is very quiet. Interior is a little dated, but was very clean. Check-in was super easy and Candace was very responsive to any questions.

Bad experience

We had a bad experience with Candace who I believe is the home owner. She was very extremely impolite, unprofessional, pushy and rude. We were told AFTER we paid that they have a "strict" rule that the AC wasn't allowed to go below 75 degrees, and they control the AC so even if you try to lower the temp they'll raise is back to 75. It was hot, and uncomfortable inside the house and no one slept well because of it. Aside from that the house has ant farms, and ants are all over the place. The hot tub thats shown in their photos is not accessible unless you want to pay additional fees to use it. The house is relatively decent, but the owner are not.

All en suite bathrooms are the best!

We spent the weekend in the Hamptons - moms and adult daughters. Candice, the property manager was fabulous and very communicative throughout the stay. The house could have been cleaner upon arrival. The stairs and corners were dusty and bathroom/kitchen countertops not thoroughly clean. Also, the long list of rules w/ fines listed for breaking some felt very passive-aggressive. The rules were reasonable but the wording was off-putting. Other than that, the amount of space is just lovely, with the en suite bathrooms giving everyone as much privacy as needed. We barely had time for the pool but the deck and pool are huge and having an adjacent tennis court is fantastic. I would love to come back for a longer stay. Overall, this house is a good find for the price and I would recommend it for larger groups of family and/or friends.

The house met with our expectations and was well kept

The house met with our expectations and was well kept. Communicating with Candace was a very nice experience she was very kind and replied back with no hesitation. I highly recommend the stay at this house!

The property has a good location and nice outside space but is not very nice on the inside and we found the neighbors cat inside the house - which was disgusting.

Small bridal shower weekend

I just have to say that Candace is amazing. She’s incredibly sweet and caring. She was checking in during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She even sent over John, the caretaker, to heat the pool for us so we can enjoy it at night. The home is beautiful and spacious and we cannot wait to go back!

Outdoor Activity Mecca

The outdoor activity the home offered was awesome. Our teen boys loved it and spent most of their time outdoors playing tennis, basketball, and swimming. The location was also great with easy access to the beautiful Cooper's beach and downtown Southhampton. Candice was very responsive when we had questions and gave great recommendations of places to eat and other local activities. We had a great time.
