Wouldn’t recommend.

Advertised that they cleaned the rooms every 3 days during a stay, we were there a week and housekeeping never came. Never got clean towels, never had the trash picked up. Asked for sheets and a blanket for the pullout couch and they said they didn’t have any. Pool didn’t seem clean, and the paint and floor were peeling a lot. Halls and rooms smelled like smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Renovations needed. Right next door homeless people were sleeping outside of the hotel adjacent to this one.

OK hotel

The best thing about this hotel is the waffle maker at the kitchen where they serve complimentary breakfast every morning. Other than that, it’s a really old place and it’s suited for out of state workers.

As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, there was 3 cop cars and a girl sitting on the sidewalk. Not a good start. Front desk person was nice. Go to the room and it's not what was presented on Expedia. The room smelled like a pack of Newports. In the picture, there were 2 tables, there was only one table and an open space. Both myself and my husband required desks because we needed to work. Husband got creative and had to use the iron board for workstation. The shower head was terrible, it had Zero pressure and temperature was impossible. Everything in the bathroom is outdated including the room. The carpets are filthy. The positives-the pool is nice, breakfast is decent and the bed is comfortable. The proximity to Kentucky Expo is perfect but the area is sketchy. As the front desk informed us, there is lots of homeless in the area. Proceed with caution. I would not recommend this place.

Requesting refund

I never request refund but who do i need to talk to about requesting a refund for my 2 rooms?!?! This stay was horrible. Tub jets were FILTHY in both rooms, crumbs were on the floor in 1 room, goldfish and what looked like a blood stain were in the carpet of the other room,some hairs on the toilet seat, as well as a bunch of disgusting looking white stains in the couch cushion so luckily we didnt even utilize the sofa bed. We didnt even notice these things until this morning, as we got in to our rooms very late in the night and were exhausted so we just laid down and went to sleep.

The manager was amazing. Great price. Hotel itself was mediocre. Laundry room was disgusting and dryers did not work. The jacuzzi tub was the best part. The indoor pool was ok but the tenants dirtied it up too much to enjoy.

NOPE

The hotel is not in the good part of town and reminds me of an extended stay type of hotel, with regular tenants. My husband felt like he was going to get robbed twice during our three night stay, when a thuggish looking character, who was sitting on the floor, got up and followed him and our daughter to our room. Said character stopped following them once he acknowledged his presence. Bedding had blood stains and cigarette burn holes. Tub was a jacuzzi tub but the zets were too disgusting to use. There was mold on the caulking of the tub and feces on the toilet lid. Food remnants on the floor. Towels looked fresh but did not smell fresh. Breakfast was so so. Eggs were scrambled and not the precooked patties. Biscuits and potatoes were cold and hard. Waffle maker was dirty but functioned. Dining room chairs and tables were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned in some time. All in all, don't stay here.

Property in severe need of an update although why would one renovate a terrible property location - right off the interstate exit ramp, requiring hard braking on the exit ramp to turn onto street of hotel. Interstate truck noise was bad. Dark brown carpet and drapery = dreary room. Repairs like caulking done very badly. Broken plastic toilet paper rod. One lamp w broken nonexistent switch. No control of AC in the room.
