Dirty facility, some dampness and mold in rooms, dirty sheets on first day, room keys would not work everyday, missed house keeping inspite of requests.Person making breakfast was good and kind though.

A good stay

Very good service and very good stay. It is tricky getting there at 4 because everyone is checking in, so don’t be In a rush. The beach access was awesome. 👏.

Staff was nice and courteous. My biggest issues was the price for the room and the key yo the room kept getting deprogrammed. I had to do down starts several times because the keys did not work at least 7 times .

The beach access was torturous walk and the bridge to the beach needs work! The sand is hot and so was our feet!

First time at the Island. Hotel is a decent price for having beach access and has a McDonald's in front for an easy dining option. The beach access is less than five minute walk. Guess since we were in a hotel area of the beach, beach didn't seem crowded. Me and the wifie gonna stay here again.

Great Customer Service and breakfast buffet was excellent everyday. Different varieties to choose from. Easy access to the beach and great rates. The pool and hot tub was very clean and stay open until 11pm. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

They do have German roaches (small ones), curtains by AC are moldy, breakfast is good, beach access is good, manager offered to move to a new room (with moldy curtains), no room service, due to staffing issues, they were supposed to give me partial refund $60 but never got it, hence the review, my father in/law and sis in/lawn stayed there as well as i recommended it, we will all stay elsewhere next time we visit SPI. If you don’t mind roaches and good beach access go for it.
