Romantic accommodation in South Orleans

Very welcoming staff, clean space, terrific location.

Staff was very welcoming. The room I had was damp, and the carpet was quite musty.

Mattress was way too soft for us. The second night very noisy guests were put into the room next door with an adjoining door. I’m not sure why since there were plenty of empty rooms and they weren’t traveling with us.

Why have an indoor pool and hot tub if you’re going to close it in winter? Very disappointing! I picked this property because of the amenities that were closed.

This stay was extremely disappointing. Not only did we need to switch our original room due to the jacuzzi being filthy, the second room we were given was also disgusting, the tub was also rusted and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door, as well as the bathroom door being broken. It was completely disgusting and off putting. We needed to go out a buy cleaning supplies to ensure the tub was disinfected correctly. The cable tv was also awful it kept cutting out and not working. I was so annoyed and defeated that switching hotels wasn’t an option seeing how you already had our money. Your pictures posted do not show the true authenticity of your hotel at all. At best this is a MOTEL, for hourly clientele. I will certainly never be staying here again, and I will deter anyone who thinks about it to reconsider.
