I have stayed at the resort many times in the past, but the resort has to upgrade the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable and didn’t provide a good night sleep. Other than that issue the resort and the staff were excellent.

The kids loved the pancake maker but my mom couldn’t join us as there was no elevator to breakfast. Very scarce options for a vegan. (Ie no nondairy milk) The fire pits at night were so nice and relaxing. Kids enjoyed both pools. Mid/lower cape cod good location to explore. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful view of the bay from room #270. The hotel is conveniently located. Plenty of free parking on site. The free continental breakfast is adequate. The in-season outdoor pool & bar are very nice. The beachy outdoor fire pit with a view of the bay is also very nice.
