Room was clean, front desk was helpful. Only complaint was that checkout was 11 AM and the cleaning staff knocked on the door 4 times between 0900-1030 with the Do Not Disturb on the door. Check out wasn’t until 1100.

We enjoyed our breakfasts. They were hot and delicious. Each day offered a new variety.. The staff was cheerful and outstanding in every way. We did not go in the hot tub this year but in past visits the hot tub was very warm and we felt great after being In it.

There were issues. From construction on the property, to issues in the room, and finally being charged an extra $20 dollars for being at the property a few minutes prior to 4pm. The entire checking-In process took us past 4pm. It was our anniversary, and we won't ever go back to your facility, and we will recommend that our friends and family stay clear of it when they head out to Cape Cod.
