Lakeland Village is one of the best locations in South Lake Tahoe, just one block west of Ski Run Blvd. The lakefront resort is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, various rental shops — bicycle, kayak, paddleboard — and bowling alleys. Bicycle paths are accessible directly behind Lakeland Village. Short drives to world-class mountain bicycle trails, Edgewood Golf Course, and the stunning Emerald Bay. Resort amenities include a year-round heated lodge pool, additional lakeside pool and children's wading pool (lakeside pools open during summer months), two shared hot tubs, shared sauna, fitness center, private beach, picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first-come, first-served.

Get around the city for free with "Lake Link" on-demand ride service. Free winter ski shuttle to Heavenly California Lodge, departs from behind the lodge. All the linens and towels for your use in the home & at the beach are provided.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
