Clean room, we loved the setup with 2nd bedroom with Bunks. Checking in was super easy and friendly staff. Morning breakfast staff was great. Close walking distance to shops and dining. We dill definitely be back.

Stayed here on Valentine’s Day Weekend 2026. One King Size bedroom for 300 after taxes and fees. Not worth it at all. Total up charge, which is ridiculous. The stay for one night is at least 100 MAX. They advertise hotel, but more of motel at best. If you see this review. Do not book, if price for one night is over 150, heed my warning! Room itself, not bad. What throws it off is the window in the bathroom. Holy cow, you can practically see through the window. Every room is like that. King bed, but no king bathroom. Only fits one person in the shower.

Room was small but clean. Hotel location is walking distance to the Heavenly gondola. Parking is tight and costs extra, had to park offsite one night. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is pretty decent and located a pub next door.

As a base it’s great 200m from the gondola. In the centre of town, so close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Staff are very helpful, especially in the bar. Happy hour 1600-1800, good offers. Downsides. It does need an update which I did hear on checkout the guy on reception tell a lady it was due to be done in the coming months. I know it’s California but, people smoking weed on the premises needs to be looked at. After all it is billed as family friendly.

at 10h30 in the evening the toilet started to overflow and flooded the bathroom and some of the room. front desk did help with lots of towels and fixing the toilet, but it was very troublesome. Before that, we found the shower to be spraying every where because all the fittings were loose, I was able to tighten them to at least stop spraying.
