Room was very clean. I was having a mom only get away so the first thing I did was run my hands all over the jetted tub to confirm there was no one else's hair or dirt, spotless. Tub worked great! Breakfast was a bit above average but nothing extravagant, definitely plenty of options to get your belly full for the day though. All of the staff was friendly, can't say i was real needy though just hybernated in my room from check in to breakfast.

First room smelled bad (maybe like someone smoked in it?) and all of the USB ports were broken. We were switched into a second room and all USB ports except for 1 were broken. The room climate control unit is extremely loud (I measured it at 82 decibels). We got ready to swim, went to the indoor pool, and discovered it was closed due to temperatures. It’s not an outdoor pool, I’m not sure how an indoor pool closes due to winter… This has been super bad.

This is a very welcoming and warm atmosphered hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean! A quiet area, I slept soundly. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, with sufficient amounts of everything! A+ rating!!

I submitted a request through Hotels.com to accommodate my disability need of having a lower bed. I picked this hotel because it said the beds in the handicap units were lower but if they were lower they weren't low enough for a disabled person to safely transfer into the bed. The bed height needs to be around 21 or 22 inches from the floor. When I asked the front desk person about getting someone to remove the bed frame to lower the bed, she said she couldn't do that. She really had a "don't care" attitude and said she didn't see anything on the reservation. Fortunately there was barely enough room to place an air mattress in the room that I slept on. If there hadn't been enough room for the air mattress and had we not anticipated a potential problem, I am not sure what we couldn't have done. The mirror was not lower in the bathroom for me to use and the pool was ice cold. Besides those complaints it was very nice, clean and well cared for.
