The room was spotless and spacious. Staff was very courteous, however my reservations were under the wrong name and she couldn’t find it at first so there was some stress and confusion. She was very patient. I do feel that there needs to be coffee offered in room as well as ice. Also, the cost for extra towels was unexpected.

The hotel itself was fine, but the advertising is misleading. Under details, it says $50 deposit for pets and $5 per pet per night, so I thought we would get the $50 back. They actually charge you $55 per pet per night. That’s about the same charge as it was for 2 people. Very unhappy with the false advertising

Good stay for the price. Staff was very friendly. Only one issue, water heater broke down and had to take cold shower one morning… but I understand things happen.

Staff were consistently friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & beds comfortable. Good amount of pillows. Things to note: this is an extended stay place so our room included small kitchen & full refrigerator. However kitchen items are not provided. You may purchase a kit to use during your stay. However we needed silverware & were provided plastic forks & knives. We stayed for 3 nights. There is also no hairdryer in the room. However when I asked at the front desk they had one for me to use. Staff is not at the desk from 10 pm- 9 am. However we called the extension and received help both times we called during ‘off’ hours. We had 2 days of no hot water (water heater went out). Staff addressed the issue (plumber on way) but I had to shower before it was resolved (cold shower!). The following day the water heater went out again & I had another cold shower. However once again staff was very friendly & helpful. I was given a discounted rate.

I had a king suite and everything was nice except the bathroom, it was hair everywhere like it wasn’t cleaned from people before me , otherwise than that it was great! 8/10 would recommend

Staff was professional and courteous but we didn’t know that with a full sized fridge, rangetop and cabinets, there were NO utensils, plates, glasses and pots/pans. Had to ask for extra towels since they didn’t offer hand towels to dry your hands. Didn’t have paper towels. No ice machine on the property but two ice trays to have for use in the room. Not even a bowl to hold the ice to make more. We were told that we could “buy” all of the items from them. We will not stay here again.

Extended stay with full size fridge and new, clean rooms. Limited staff during the night but you just have to call and they helped me. Great stay and I'd definitely stay again.
