A stay at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch places you in the heart of St. Louis, within a 10-minute walk of Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium.
Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.
