Located 45 kilometres east of Soni-mura, it's where you'll discover the Matsuo Kanonji Temple and Tsukiyominomiya Shrine. Tamaki-cho hotels include the Sennomori and Saiounomiya. 55 kilometres to the east of Soni-mura you'll also find Ise, which is home to the Core and Ise Guest House Kazamiso. The Makonde Art Museum and Folklore Station Somin are popular attractions to experience when visiting Ise.

Sitting 65 kilometres to the east of Soni-mura is Toba, a regional hub with a population of 23,000.
