The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and courteous, eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent; varied, plentiful, tasty, and well presented and served. Where they fail is in the state of the facilities, a lack of maintenance, and neglect in the state of the walls, woodwork, and pool walls. They should take note and improve on this issue.

Very nice and clean hotel. Only downside was I booked a room with a king bed but they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I did not complain but my mattress was ready to go to bin ! Husband’s was ok tho. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The staff was very professional and in our demand. The place is splendid and heavenly, the rooms were very neat and clean

There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see. Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs.

Me pareció un zulo. Fatal. Nada de privacidad si vas con algún familiar.... Ya que no hay habitación. El baño justo frente de la " cocina" osea estás haciendo tus necesidades y puedes vigilar lo que tienes al fugo. Literal. Encima solo nos ponen un rollo de papel para una semana 5 personas . Uno solo ??? Por lo no hablar de las camas ? Bueno el sillón. Fatal. Incómodo..no son colchones es goma espuma y encima hace un montón de ruido la cama es imposible moverte y no despertar a todo el mundo. Cero ventilación en el baño. La única rendija que hay da para el pasillo comunitario. Horrible. Por no hablar de la pedazo de cuesta que tienes que subir para llegar al apartamento. Y encima llamas al duelo porque te pierdes y ni te coje el teléfono. Fatal. No volvería ni aunque me paguen. Ahhh y otra cosa , mi hija casi se abre la cabeza porque dejaron el cierre del sillón levantado. Fatal

Friendly staff, great dinner options . Alot of facilities around hotel . Near by beach and shopping area . Amazing view . Very satisfied with my stay with children.
