Staff good, price excellent, all you need for a low cost stay. Set in an industrial estate but wasn’t initially easy to find signage could be better.

The facility was a huge disappointment. Staff almost nonexistent. Lacking in basic needs such as toilet paper, towels, and hair dryer. There were broken beer bottles in the parking lot where we had our rental cars. The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarettes! I would never stay there again!

Adequate for Overnight Stay

Reception on arrival was ok and pleased with Covid-19 attention to detail. Room cleanliness was good had air conditioning on welcome as extremely hot day. Breakfast was a bit limited just adequate. Good secure free parking was a plus point. The overall facility was considered adequate for an overnight stay and is easily accessible. Good Wi-Fi but no English channels on TV. Given Covid-19 restrictions would expect some improvements in more normal times

The reception had the front door handle hanging off - broken. The whole complex is in need of serious maintainence. The room was dirty - dog hair on the badly worn carpet. No towels or pillow slips. weeds in the carperk and pebbles strewwn all over the pathway. I thought that maybe it was due to be closed or demolished it was so bad.

Very Clean hotel with very good rooms

Excellent hotel for the money, either a short walk, 20 mins to Soissons or a taxi ride, but the taxis were expensive 9 euros, we were told by friends that the price we were charged was above normal!!

Beds very comfortable. Outside of hotel needed a paint. Expensive for the condition of the hotel but there's not a huge amount of choice in the area.

Très bon accueil, mais...

Rien à dire sur l'accueil, les consignes et la chambre en général sauf ... la salle de bain : la baignoire et le carrelage autour étaient franchement sales (collant) ; simplement à récurer et le tour est joué. Et l'évacuation des eaux usées restaient dans le fond de la baignoire. Autrement, le petit déjeuner était bien achalandé.
