Loved our stay at Yotel. Please was very clean and staff we very helpful and friendly. We had on supper at hotel and the food was a 10. Definitely recommend.

this hotel has a hidden gem. if you want good service, a smile and extra effort to make your stay very pleasant you must see Jasmine at the front desk. Her recommendations were on point. She went out of her way to contact us acting as a concierge for the hotel, although probably not paid as a concierge. whatever we needed she was there to help it. She took a day off and it was not a good experience, but she was back the next day to make it all better. As far as the hotel, it was pretty nice. the food was OK and the place was clean and spacious easy walk to all the bridges and tourist things. Port tasting and great food I must say watch out for the cobblestone streets. They have a lot of potholes as I hit one and fell on my knee and face.

The property is very well designed and the finishes are of the highest quality. It certainly has a luxurious feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Practical design and amenities. Efficiently designed and would be great for both long and short stays.

Loved the location of this hotel very easy to get to the shops the waterfront everywhere we need to go. Hotel was very clean nothing really to complain about. A great touch to have the freshly squeezed orange juice. Didn’t like the look of the mushrooms, bacon or sausages though.
