Never got there ! Flight was delayed then postponed then cancelled then rescheduled. Eventually got e ticket for the following day. Then I got bumped off that flight and rescheduled for Frankfurt then Amsterdam then Newcastle. Still sat at Prague airport. Obviously I will be charged for a no show. Lost a day's work and looking forward to a day of hanging around airport departure lounges. Frightened to look at my phone to see what else has gone wrong.

A warm and tasty welcome!

We were welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies ..... yum! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and spacious and provided everything we needed. It is literally a two minute walk across the road to the airport terminal.

We have used this hotel before after a late flight home so we knew what to expect and we weren’t disappointed easy check in great staff lovely clean comfortable room great facilities and a lovely Full English the next morning I would highly recommend this hotel

A nice stay apart from a couple of niggles

We enjoyed our stay as always, at the Hilton ar Newcastle Airport prior to an early flight the next morning. Check in was good, no problems. I like the cookies that we are given at check in, nice touch. Lovely comfy bed, nice bathroom with all the products you would need. I would have like another comfy chair in the room, so both my husband and I could both relax together, as we did at the Copthorne in Newcastle last year, it did make a difference. Also to point out that the wall at the side of the bed was marked with splashes all over it and there were chips out of the headboard in a few places, not as high standard as we would expect from Hylton. Apart from that our stay was lovely.

I arrived late to the hotel for an early flight in the morning and chose to eat in the restaurant. Both the service and the food wasn't great sadly. None of the restaurant team asked at any point if "everything was ok" to which I would have shared my feedback. Other than that experience, the room itself was comfortable and clean
