Price too high

THERE IS NO HOT TUB. Previous guest said there was and there is not. Upon check in it took a couple of minutes. Krystal was working alone and was great with us getting checked in. Get to the room and the box used to control the temp was broken. Took 15 min or more to get it to lower temp. Bed was a bit firm. I could feel where others sleep like it was a worn out mattress. Room was large and comfy. Showe didnt have hot hot water. Just enough to say it is very warm. Wish it was hotter. Pool looked merky. You could not smell any type of chlorine or any cleaning agents. There is a patio right outside pool but why have it if ur not gonna offer chairs out there to sit in. Just tables were offered. We went to bed and work up and the same trash was outside the hotel trash can that was there when we checked in. Breakfast it nothing to rave over. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, waffles, yougart. Was hoping for more all good. The kid ate. Teied to upload photos but wouldnt let me.

Our unplanned stay here completely changed my opinion of La Quinta! We're from SW Texas and used to travel often to San Antonio for medical appts so we stayed in a wide variety of hotels. I discovered that I really did not care for La Quintas there. So when my husband booked the appt because my surgery ran long I groaned. My opinion has changed drastically! I was very impressed...from the immaculantly clean room (Thanks Maria) to the very warm and welcoming Crystal at reception. She even anticipated every little thing we would need for our impromptu "picnic" in front of the TV in our room. She definitely puts the "Hospitality" in your busness. Thank you very much Crystal! Don't lose either of these ladies because they are a great credit to your business and we will definitely stay here again!

Pushy Housekeeping

Despite having our Do Not Disturb sign on the door, the head of housekeeping came barging into our room before check-out time. Also, one of the side entrances was not working. But besides these things, this was an otherwise good hotel, and we would probably stay here again.

Always a nice stay at this particular property. Friendly staff and excellent amenities make it the place to stay. Lots of food establishments right by and I35. I recommend this property because it’s always consistent with great service.

Excellent except for shower floor

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. There was a poor repair job done on a hole in the bottom of the shower floor. It sank when I stepped on it, so I felt unsafe. Other than that everything was excellent.
