The hotel was beautiful & had gorgeous water views.

Everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly. Everyplace was very clean.

Somewhat noisy in front rooms due to active teenager facility across the street.

The check in was messy through what seemed like a backdoor. No TV. Humidity smell. Cigarrete tails at the entrance and bugs in the bathroom. Luckily only two nights. Quick stay OK! Descent packed breakfast.

Arendel is a delightful small town and the hotel is walking distance to downtown. Lovely accommodations

Old, charming hotel in a lovely village that is so very much worth a visit. We loved our stay! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to Fredrik for reaching out to us in advance with late arrival instructions, and for upgrading us to a room with a balcony to enjoy the sunny weather, and for helping us with parking instructions (which is very cheap street parking, very easily managed through EasyPark app). This is an old hotel that has been updated, so set your expectations accordingly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean with approp amenities, but it is the overall setting and charm of the old building and village that is the luxury of a stay here. Would strongly recommend choosing a room with balcony if available.
