Clean room and good service

Everything in life is about expectations. I’m not quite sure why this is described as a resort or a spa since it’s neither. It’s basically a very lively and quite fun karaoke bar with accommodation at the end of the path (you don’t hear the karaoke so that’s not a problem). Location is super convenient for the beach. Rooms are basic and the finishing is pretty wretched. But it does the job. As long as your expectations are modest and you are open-minded, you’ll be fine. It is however comically expensive for what it is (for a proper resort experience visit CGH on Om Beach).

This resort is a hidden gem. I loved the private beach. This resort is so quiet and best for relaxation.

Worst stay of my life – unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. My family was genuinely scared during the stay, and I was under constant stress the entire time. The property falsely mentions parking available within 100 meters—there is no dedicated parking at all. I was forced to park my car next to a garbage dumping area, which itself says everything about the place. The entrance and rooms are in horrible condition. Mattresses were lying openly in the corridor, the place was full of mosquitoes, and despite repeatedly asking, no mosquito repellent or support was provided by the staff. Trash was scattered all around the back side of the property, making the environment extremely unhygienic. There was constant noise, random people coming and going, and absolutely no sense of safety or professionalism. This did not feel like a hotel—it felt chaotic and unsafe. Thanks to Expedia for at least trying to help with alternatives, but unfortunately this stay itself turned out to be a complete disaster for us. To make things worse, customer care offered a laughable ₹100 compensation and no alternate stay options, which is frankly insulting given the situation. I strongly urge Expedia to physically review and audit properties before listing them. This place should not be listed on any travel platform. I would never recommend this property to anyone, especially families.

Service is bad. No mugs glasses in the room. Concierge is good. Hotel is good but needs more attention on service and housekeeping
