Excellent communication. Perfect location to hike to Pena, Moors castle by a very pretty garden. Delicious restaurants close by. Very quiet, excellent stay. Highly recommended. Pleasant staff. Kitchen clean and convenient. Good shower.

It seems like the hotel just recently open the staff all though pleasant was unable to fix issues with the hotel other than just apologizing for the inefficiency WiFi often went in and out construction was always going on the hotel closes its gates after midnight and the toll booth was inaccessible for your taxi to safely drop off at lobby area after 10pm, had to walk down the hill multiple times down a dark rocky road not easy when the guess are elderly or physically challenged..

The TV did not work for about 3 hours after booking in otherwise the room was clean by the multi level room was not to my liking!

Sweet little space to stay. Walking distance to many local spots for tourist. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was great. Room was very small but clean, trendy, perfect spot to stay while visiting.

It is not easy to get in and out of the hotel by uber or Bolt. In order to get to the hotel by Uber, we had to get an QR code for the driver to access the road to be in front of the hotel. Each QR code costs €2 and hotel guests have to pay for it. I requested the code via Expedia message which blacked my email address in the message and the hotel did not respond. I also reached out to the hotel by WhatsApp to get an QR code and I never received it. We ended up to lug our suitcases from the Bolt drop off place to the hotel. Very inconvenient.

Historic hotel close to centre, old-world charm and very comfortable rooms to lounge in. My room was large, had plenty of cupboard space and a lovely view over surrounding countryside. Good breakfast, with friendly restaurant staff. Great place to stay.
