Fabulous property, we've been going (first as a couple, then with the children) for 10 years. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pools and beach are gorgeous and relaxing. Property is safe and clean, walkable (be prepared for some hills, potentially). Aqua Marina is right on property and the staff are terrific (thank you Captain Roy and Randy). We love our time in Simpson Bay Resort.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was a great size, comfortable bed and our baby (3M) enjoyed the a/c at the hottest moment of the day. We would definitely book a stay again.

The room was nice however, the A/C was not working, we was next to the lift which caused plenty of noise. The hotel staff did not put a baby cot in the room as requested months prior. Also my partner, baby and I was asleep when 2 maintenance guys came in and open the room door without knocking. It was upsetting

Very nice room. The staff were friendly. Good shuttle service. Lots of entertainment available, and lots of restaurants to choose from. It's just one bus away from Phillipsburg. I really had a good time and I will return to this resort.

Rooms are nicely appointed, but definitely would benefit by having some of the basic food amenities, like coffee, tea. We stayed in A building which has a pool right outside your door. Greenery and plantation was wonderful, but road ways are horrible, poorly maintained or not maintained at all. Beaches are nice and best of all, the chairs and palapas must be reserved through staff. If they are not used for 1 hour, stuff is removed. So noone can run to the beach at 6am, cover a chair with a towel then leave.
