Great welcoming staff, Sebastian in particular was very helpful, no request was a problem. The room was modern, clean, food bed and shower with great decor. The breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to request. Location perfect. Would definitely stay here again again. Dinner in restaurant was delicious.

I booked a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sighisoara - Cavaler through Expedia. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position. After some discussion with the receptionist — who was not helpful at all — we were told to contact Expedia ourselves to resolve the issue and find another place to stay for the night. We ended up calling Expedia five times, navigating endless automated menus before finally reaching a real person. In the end, we had to find a new place to stay late at night on our own. Although I received a refund after four days, I would never book with Expedia again. It cost me a lot of time and energy to fix their mistake.

Great room. Large and spacious. Good breakfast with excellent coffee.

The staff were really helpful. We really enjoyed the spa and breakfast was great.

Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast.

I already miss the hotel. The staff were warm, gracious, and exceptionally attentive. The property itself is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
