Noisy at night when the traffic picked up. Real noisy when people are in the pool. Yhe steps going upstairs are too narrow maling my knees hurt. The staff was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and the facilities were good. However, I was a little disappointed that some of the hotel staff seemed too shy to smile or speak in a friendly manner. Here are a few small tips for future guests: -The hotel claims to offer a free tuk-tuk ride from any bus terminal to the hotel upon booking confirmation. However, I didn't receive this service, even though I requested it via a reply email. -The hotel provides laundry service at $3 per kg. When I asked about it, they told me that laundry wouldn't be returned on the same day due to rainy weather. If you walk just a short distance from the hotel, you’ll find several laundry shops nearby that offer same-day service at the same price.

If you're a budget solo traveller this might be adequate for you. The pool and staff were nice and refreshing. The room is small and very basic. Good if you just need a place to sleepand shwer.

Recently stayed at here for one night. What can i say a fantastic experience, i did a private Small Tour with sun set. It was amazing!! three waitress were helpful and always keep smiling.

Last Month, I have a 1 day stay at this Hotel, I feel very comfortable with this hotel. Rooms are clean and bathroom also nice. Wifi is a bit slow at night. I remembered one housekeeping cleaned my room. She was friendly even she didn't speak English but i could understand her.

This is a great hotel and had all of the amenities we could ask for: nice, rooms, great showers and beds, and free wifi throughout the hotel. There is also a spa, pool. Breakfast was great we enjoyed it. At 12 Am midnight, we went to the Pub Street and there was one of crowded place in Siem Reap City. Many people visited there.

Good value for the price. Walkable to everywhere which is a plus. A bit noisy due to in city location, but expected. Pool was great but little to no shade cover for that peak sun. Restaurant has nice options, priced well, but the local cuisine options and prices pulled me away most of the time. Refillable drinking water on all floors! Huge plus for keeping hydrated and not buying daily bottles of water. Checked in early and was given access to a bathroom and shower to change after our long travel. Great service.
