Can't watch TV, no free breakfast, window knob is broken & reception say they can't do anything about it. Terrible service

Friendly staff, helpful especially Rotha at reception. Place is clean, good restaurants and easy public transportation

Night Club just next to the hotel. Playing loud until 4 in the morning. All guests in hotel were angry and me and others, just left the hotel to find another hotel to stay at.
