So glad we booked here! Beautiful pool courtyard oasis. Super clean, flawlessly maintained with comfy beds, tub and shower. Staff was great and knowledgeable about local attractions and transportation! Hotel has a dedicated team of tuk tuk drivers. Breakfast buffet was delicious every day. Excellent stay!!!!

Staying at Two Seasons Siem Reap was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and one I'd recommend to anyone visiting this magical corner of Cambodia. The location couldn't be more convenient — just a short walk to Pub Street and the Night Market, so evenings were effortlessly fun. Whether we wanted to soak up the buzz of the street food scene or browse the market stalls, everything was right there at a short walking distance. The hotel also made exploring Angkor completely stress-free. The team put together well-organised arrangements for the temple tours including an English speaking guide, so we could simply focus on marvelling at one of the world's great wonders without any of the logistical headaches. Back at the hotel, the warm hospitality was a constant highlight. The staff were genuinely caring and attentive — always on hand with a friendly word or a helpful tip. And after long days out, returning to our spacious room with its own balcony felt like a real treat. We only wish the breakfast spread included cuisines for people of all religions and beliefs. That could have nudged the experience from great to exceptional. Would I return? Without hesitation. Two Seasons Siem Reap is a warm, well-located gem that makes for a wonderful base to explore this extraordinary city.

My wife and I are on a trip through 5 Asian countries and our time at the Jaya house was the absolute best hotel experience! The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!
