The staff were courteous and welcoming. The entire place is immaculately impressive. Love the full body massage by one of your cabanas.

I highly recommend casa juana if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay overnight in Bancal. I rented the Barkada room and Family room. Both were spotless. Linens were clean and smell fresh. Lady thats taking care of the place was very friendly and accomodating.

Expect that your stay reflects how much you’re paying or less, nothing fancy, the constructin on building 2 is not completely done do not expect extravagant, the food for breakfast was not the best either better to eat somewhere else. The towels are thin, there is no formal receiving area on Ludy’s 2. Not organized the aura/vibe is not welcoming. The owner was really,really nice, very accomodating, other than that there is nothing special in this place. It only looks good in the picture. Please improve your kitchen di ing area and your receiving, also make the toilet clean. Constructions are substandard quality.

What I like about this property was the serenity and peaceful place. The resort is tucked away overlooking the Visayan sea with endless ocean view where the very next island stretches all the way to Masbate island in Central Philippines.

I would recommend this beautiful beach resort, I will definitely come back and stay at this place.

Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay.
