Great hotel for layover or even as a base for Tokyo area exploration.
The frequent shuttle schedule throughout the day (from 5 am to midnight) makes it practically connected to Terminal 1 and 2 Narita. You can walk to Terminal 3. From Terminal 2 you have access to the public transit system that can take you anywhere into Tokyo and surrounding area.
They also have another shuttle that goes to a local shopping mall and a JR station. If you're short on time and needs to do some shopping in a real neighborhood mall, this is for you. It runs several times a day.
Rooms are much larger than typical Japanese ones in the area, so your stay will be relatively comfortable.
Staff are friendly, and breakfast buffet (if you can get a good deal when booking the room) is excellent featuring both western food (fresh baked flaky croissants, breads, pasta, omlette eggs station, waffle w maple syrup, french toasts and so on) and Japanese food (curry w rice, DYI udon station, grilled salmon and makerel, miso soup, congee, farm to table local greens, local specialties station and much more). Can become the highlight of your day.
Staff are extremely friendly and will help with all your needs (although you should definitely be aware that hotel rules/conventions are very different in Japan).
