Great food and staff, very quiet no noisy neighbours

From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. Probably good in summer but not winter.

Amora has become my stay of choice around Richmond. Decent rooms well maintained. Better than average buffet breakfast. Lovely lobby and place to hand out including a fireplace. Would recommend

Amazing stay at the Chateau Yering. So relaxing and if you want to be well looked after, Phil does just that. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. Can't wait to return.
