Book Seyé hotels

Deseocionada de la estancia, primero en el cuarto no servía la caja fuerte, ni la televisión, ni el teléfono, no nos dieron ni plancha. Después, mal servicio de limpieza, pasaron dos días para que nos lavaran el baño y ni que decir de los Shampoo o jabones, no nos dejaban más. Para poder pedir algo teníamos que bajar a recepción. De ahí el desayuno, caro y poco variado no valió nada la pena. Y la alberca ya se veía descuidada, no la pudimos disfrutar por el clima, pero se veía sucia. De ahí en fuera, elevadores y recibidor, bien.

Great hotel

The hotel looks modern and good quality. However, it lacks basic amenities. The hot water doesn't work properly, we had to shower with cold water. The hotel does not provide conditioner. The beds are quite small and they do not provide extra beds. The phone line doesn't work, meaning you have to go down stairs to speak with reception.

Parking is very safe

This hotel is well located, and has on-site parking which is a rarity around there. The staff were friendly, most especially the valet who does a wonderful job and seems to genuinely enjoy doing it. Room was good. I found near the entrance had a strong perfume smell, but was fine once you got past that. Other than that, they didn't seem to do anything about people smoking right outside (ironically right in front of the no smoking signs). I found I was allergic to whatever they wash the towels in, and ended up having to use my travel towel, but I'm in no way holding it against them, that's a total niche just me problem. Despite that, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others, and would consider staying again.
