This property had alot to offer. The convenience of the superior breakfast on site was a treat. Pool area lovely. Beach non existent but other great beaches were very close. Convenient to the airport. Great parking if you venture to rent a car. A rental car place is conveniently located directly across the street from the property. I suspect we will visit again.

Had the following inconveniences not being expected by a Hilton Grand Cayman property. When I first arrived noticed we had no hair conditioner. The next day we had no shower gel or lotion. It doesn’t seem that housekeeping staff refills containers through out my entire stay. Luckily I carried some small travel toiletries myself. Also, they don’t provide fresh towels. I had to ask a random staff member for some fresh towels. They simply make a nice tidy bed. Some staff members were pleasant and kind. Others just kept to themselves. Beach?!? What beach!! The patch of sand behind the other resort behind the Hilton…Ha! Lastly, there was no night life to enjoy a cocktail. We had to go next door at the Marriott to enjoy cocktails and networking. I wouldn’t reconsider Hilton at Grand Cayman for future stays. Couldn’t believe this was a Hilton resort.

The staff provided service above and beyond. My daughter lost her headphones. Cleaning staff found and returned them next day. Amazing! The shuttle was a lifesaver, saved us so much taxi charges. Excellent hotel, would recommend.

Had a 2 bedroom room. Spacious room, clean, great breakfast, clean gym. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping, has a shuttle to bring you to 7 mile beach entrances. Offers free go pro for use and transfer the stuff to your phone. No complaints. Staff was wonderful as well. Booking was a breeze through Expedia.

Had a great time! Staff were superior! Close to everything. Bikes available for free. Ms. Pipers restaurant on premise was outstanding. Wish the beach area were bigger but they offer a free shuttle to great beach areas in the 7 mile beach area. Special shout out to Ismael from the front desk and Roque, and Daniel. Great staff members! Thanks for making our stay great!
