Worst hotel.

It was a really dirty hotel. The smell of mold (like a basement) was so strong that I had to cover my nose with my clothes to sleep. I asked for a room change, but it turned out they just moved me to the room next door. Nothing had changed. It was truly a painful experience for six days.

My stay at Lotte City Hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made my trip unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly with genuine smiles and made every effort to ensure I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Every interaction was professional, kind, and thoughtful — it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. The lobby is elegant and inviting, with a modern design that creates a sense of both luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, quiet, and perfectly appointed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to make my stay comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the linens fresh and crisp, and the bathroom sparkling clean. I was also impressed by the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere when I returned. The attention to detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the overall ambiance, was truly impressive. Booked the room for the pool. 3 days before arriving received an email stating that booking received after 6/1 will need to pay $15 USD/ day for pool use. If i knew this ahead of time i would have booked elsewhere. Hotel is not conveniently located so long commute is needed daily.

Great location, with lots of restaurants, shops around and in the basement. There are more restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket in the basement, too.. The property is right above several major subway lines. The property is somewhat outdated, though.
