Overall it’s a nice property, restaurants, café right beside the hotel, subway station it’s about 2-3 blocks away. So it’s very doable. This time have a marathon that happened near by so got woken up by the loud noises. On the day I check out they had a demonstration, so the roads were blocked & couldn’t even get any car service or taxi to go to the airport. So it was had to make it out with heavy luggages and to go down those flights of stairs by yourself with one luggage at a time since no one u can trust nor to occupy their time to look after your luggage while u try to make down the stairs to the subway and who knows how many more stairs inside the station as each are different. Another ridiculous encounter was that I threw in the hotel with my clothes to wash as I thought it would save them a bit of hassle. However it got discoloured to like a beige colour instead of white and the housekeeping staff saw & ask if it was my towel and I said no it’s the hotel, it just got discoloured as I threw in with my wash. Next thing within an hour or so I’ve got a letter from the hotel and state that I’ve “damaged the linens” as there will be a charge. It’s not much but really…… a charge for discoloured the towels??? Can they not use bleach or does bleach cost that much nor even to bring that to an attention to the customer it’s a bit much!!! This is strictly my opinion and to whomever disagree then that’s you call but I feel to bring that kind of attention it’s tasteless!!!
