Comfortable and well-maintained hotel with a smooth check-in and a good level of cleanliness. The room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I experienced an issue with the heating but after reporting it, the problem was handled and resolved by the staff. The hotel is very well located, close to public transport, which was a major plus.

The clean room is small but well appointed with all you need. The check in was fast and efficient by a friendly front desk staff called Julie. The location is perfect with good eateries and cafes nearby. The market is just across the road next to the historic gate which is a national treasure of Korea. Good place to stay.

Rooms are spacious for Seoul region where most hotels are tiny. Breakfast area is not large but food options are decent - both local and international offerings. Location is not far off Namdaemyun and you can walk to the nearby Myeongdong shopping street (12-15min). Good value and would recommend.

The room was really spacious and had a kitchenette with refrigerator, washer/dryer combo unit, and separated area for the beds and a living room area with a small sofa and coffee table.This was great for our extended trip to be able to do laundry. This is a great hotel for families or people who want a more spacious room.

Everything was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday, the staff was amazing, the room itself was very satisfying, basically like a suite. I was also able to do my own laundry prior to leaving. The Panorama Lounge and Bar had very good views of the city. The hotel’s located at the center of all the main attractions, I was basically able to just walk around to most of them. Overall, will definitely come back again next time I’m in Seoul.

During our stay, we had showed up earlier than the check in time. But our room was ready and they were able to accommodate us by taking us earlier. When we had showed up to our room, we noticed that the room was clean, however there was an odd odor coming from the room. We notified the staff and they were able to change our room. The second room we were given was the same to our previous but was not cleaned properly as we found hair. We were given about four to five other rooms to see but each had their own problem. We spoke to multiple staff, who came and checked and found the same issue and were understanding of our concern. We eventually waited about thirty minutes in the lounge in the hotel and were given an upgraded room for our troubles we had. We did not expect this gesture and appreciated them for doing so. It was a great stay overall and the staff were helpful during our own stay and helped make our experience great.

We enjoyed our stay here… location was nice, since there were plenty of dining options nearby and plenty within walking distance. There were a lot of shops and convenience stores nearby as well. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which was helpful. The staff that checked us in, Amy, was very patient and explained everything in detail, which made our stay easy. The rooms were quiet and offered plenty of space in our deluxe room. We were only on the second floor so we heard a bit of traffic noise in the busy part of the day, but nothing that turned us off from the stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something in the busy area of Seoul.
