Absolutely wonderful stay. Was treated like family :)

Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste.

This is a fantastic, huge farmhouse in a very peaceful area surrounded by beautiful countryside. The swimming pool is huge and it was amazing to swim and spend lazy days around. Check in and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The farmhouse and pool were spotlessly clean, and the kitchen and barbecue area allowed us to cook and eat easily.It's a 5-minute drive up to the small town of Penna San Giovanni which has everything you need - a restaurant, bar, supermarket etc. It's a beautiful village; everyone was incredibly friendly and keen to help. It's an amazing place to stay and unwind, waking up to the birds singing in the morning. I can definitely, highly recommend staying here.10/10. Thank you

The most amazing place i have ever stayed at. The history of it it’s just mesmerizing.

We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday celebration. We were able to discuss the menu ahead of arrival and ensure it was catering to all guests some of which can be picky eaters. The food was wonderful, the ladies catering were very quick and cleaned up alongside serving. They even did a special surprise cake for my birthday which was very much appreciated. All in all a holiday we will never forget and I would t hesitate to return or recommend to others.
