Book Sennan hotels

Bra läge och trevligt hotell MEN bemötandet och servicen av personalen är under all kritik. Kvinnan som sitter i receptionen är helt ointresserad och nonchalant. Tittar och tilltalar inte trots först i kön utan tittar bort och sökte kontakt med andra personer. Personalen som arbetade vid frukosten var också helt ointresserade tyvärr. Verkar vara genomgående hos personalen på hotellet tyvärr. Rekommenderas ej!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning was great. WIFI was good and dependable. When we returned to the city we used this hotel a second time. One of the staff recognized us form an earlier visit. The breakfast was good. Bathrooms were a good size and well appointed.

Stayed in twin superior room with great view over the water. Nice hotel extremely well located near the town square. Nice and quiet room. Negatives was the crowded breakfast area and check-in experience. We were at the hotel early (3-4hours), offered us to change room for early check-in, but for a fee of 200svkr. (A bit greedy). Everything was great but they don’t tell you that you don’t get access to the spa if you book on hotels.com I also got a parking ticket that shouldn’t have been one. Luckily I kept the receipt and the manager took care of it. When you park make sure to keep your info if it happens to others!

Everything about the hotel is fantastic: location, staff, cleanliness, and comfort. We are staying there again! 👍
