The apartment is located in a centrally located, newly built, 2-storey, detached house surrounded by meadows and fields. The apartment is distributed in a semi-detached house on two floors and has an area of ​​65 m². Guests can spend their rest undisturbed. The house is reached via a little-used dead end and is located in about 80m distance to the neighboring house.

Large windows to the south and west allow a clear view of the countryside and the vastness.

On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area, as well as a modern fitted kitchen. On the same floor is the bathroom with toilet.

Another living room and a bedroom are located upstairs of the building.

An approximately five thousand square meters of land with garden offers plenty of space, invites you to play and run around, to relax and linger and can be used freely. Balcony and terrace are south facing overlooking a grazing ox and horses. At dusk, deer, rabbits and foxes offer a charming spectacle on the adjacent meadow.

Pets, especially dogs - we have a four-legged friend - are welcome.

For all excursions the central location is ideal. Whether you want to go to Stralsund with its many nice shopping opportunities and museums, or to Sassnitz, to the chalk coast, to Glowe or the Kapp Arkona, to make the day beautiful, you can reach everything in no time.
