If you’re booking a superior double I feel the rooms are overpriced. They’re very basic with a simple shower in the bathtub. Nothing like in the pictures. The only chair is a basic uncomfortable, stiff desk chair. Spa access is not included in the room price. It’s €30 for 55 minutes. It seems all the good reviews were given by people who had booked the more expensive rooms like the junior suites. There are quite a few hotels in town so better options can be found elsewhere

Plenty of easy access parking. 25 mins walk to the Aquaduct along good footpaths. Shower cubicles were huge, super hot water.

My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well .

The hotel was so close to the Acueducto!! Just a short stroll and you were at the start of the adventure. The staff were very helpful in giving directions. The beds were comfy. The room very clean. Great price too

Well situated and really lovely stay. Far enough away from the Plaza/ shops to not be in the noisy areas on late nights, etc. But everything is close inside the old city! Beautifully restored old building with great updates and amenities!
