If you need to base yourself in this particular corner of South Korea, Cheongdo might be a wise choice. It's 35 kilometres from Sego-ri. A few Cheongdo accommodation options include the HOTEL LAONZENA and Hotel Susung.

Ulsan is home to some 950,000. It's situated 85 kilometres east of Sego-ri. Local attractions that are well worth your time are the Hyundai Motors Ulsan Factory, the Jangsaengpo Whale Museum and the Ulsan Museum. There are a selection of hotel options in Ulsan. We were on a cycling trip and this was our first stay in a motel. The staff were helpful and explained how things worked. It had everything we needed for a one-night stay including a basic but quite adequate breakfast. There is a good restaurant 100m from the motel. No reason not to stay here if you are passing through.
