We offer a motel like experience with this room situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.

The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private patio to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for.

Great property, completely as advertised. Conveniently located in Uptown Sedona with easy walking to local eateries, coffee shops, galleries, and other shopping. Great communication with owner. Absolutely amazing view off the back patio, so much so that one night we grabbed wine and charcuterie from the local Safeway and had a great dinner. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely studio with comfortable bed, and good space for 1-2 people. Lovely patio shared with others with comfy furniture. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. We spent 4 days hiking and doing all things Sedona. This place was great because we could access much of the shopping and food options by walking from the rental. In addition, just up Jordan road we were able to access some of the trails just above town. Being able to walk around from the rental was a big plus since Sedona was super busy during Christmas week and we didn't have to worry about parking.

A hidden gem! We loved the accommodations as it was well appointed. The outdoor terrace was very relaxing after long days of touring the area. Coffee and creamer was another added bonus. Everything was in walking distance and not hilly at all. Highly recommend!
