Reviewing this property is quite a dilemma! It makes a terrible first impression, but it improved over the four days we were there. To begin with, the front desk staff was aloof and even a bit snippy upon check-in, and this continued to be our experience. We were surprised since other reviewers had talked about how friendly the staff was. And then, once we entered the condo, we were disappointed to see how worn it was. The attached photos will give you an idea of what it looks like. The cabinets were chipped and dilapidated and need to be resurfaced or replaced in both the bathroom and the kitchen. They obviously were cheap cabinets at the time they were installed, which I’m guessing was the 1970s, and they have not held up well. Within 10 minutes, my husband and I were thinking of leaving the property and booking elsewhere. However, in trying to look for positives, we noticed that the condo was extremely spacious and very clean. And the jetted bathtub was lovely—and such a relief after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed the patio and had our tea and coffee out there in the morning while listening to the birds. And all of the furniture was very comfortable. Because we were on a long driving trip, we used the laundry facilities and found them to be very good. So… Would we stay here again? No. The negatives outweighed the positives for us, although maybe only slightly. With so many nice properties in the area, I think we can do better in the future.

Amazing views, clean space. Nice location relative to both Sedona, Oak Creek, and many local walking trails. Checked all our boxes.

Easy and quick check in. We were lucky to check in early! Room was well set up and stocked. Parking was limited but not horrible. Excellent location in the middle of Sedona

Had a wonderful time at this conveniently located resort. Easily walk to several restaurants and shops. Beautiful parks and river walk and music on some nights. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again next time in Sedona.
