First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome. Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV . Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss. You sold me right there.. the room was laid out Well, bed very comfortable, nice view of Samarinda from the window also Breakfast was well laid out, plentiful selections and hot pancakes really were enjoyable.. The Dayak Music was nice added bonus. The bar on the 9th floor was nice place to sit and chill at night and chll at night
