Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The Margaux restaurant was unimpressive. The street noise was overwhelming from our sixth floor room. Will not return to this hotel.

Rude and disrespectful treatment. Booked a 2 queen room for 4 guests. Was given a king + a small, cheap sofa bed despite my booking request. The blunt claim this was an equal accommodation for 4, upon entering there was: 2 towels; 2 coffees; 2 of everything… for 4 people? After politely pointing out this irreconcilable logic (and again our request at booking), we were greeted with thinly veiled disdain for using Expedia. I’ve used Expedia for years because of the value, rewards for loyalty and customer support. If a facility doesn’t wish me to use the platform, don’t list rooms on it, and then condescend to those who use it. I could have paid an equal sum at 2 dozen different hotels and received what I paid for. This after a cross-country flight, a 16 hour drive, and spending the previous two nights at a far nicer, equally priced Hilton. I rarely if ever log negative reviews, this situation warrants it. I’ve been conservative in my comments as I’m not using this review to vent, but to simply place an experience on the record in that it might help others avoid the same. A more detailed response will be sent to the hotel’s management, along with direct comparison to the company’s claims of its values and customer-forward service via it's website, with a comparison to what’s actually provided. Grateful it’s just a night. We can spend the next 8 in other accommodations. Reminder: hospitality is defined in all reputable dictionaries. Perhaps remedial study is warranted

We had a lovely stay at the Warwick and were pleasantly surprised to receive the complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 19th floor with a view of the space needle. Wonderful view!! Thank you, Warwick!

The property was centrally, located and extremely clean. The staff, especially the concierge, was very helpful.! Our room was a nice size and had a beautiful view of citi lights. Our king size bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. My only suggestion would be to have real creamer and a selection of sweeteners with the wonderful Seattle coffee in the room.
