Disappointed for the price

Great location, but way too expensive. Room service was lacking. We ordered a $95 dinner that consisted of a cheeseburger with fries, a cup of clam chowder in a small bread bowl, and 3 chocolate chip cookies that were supposed to come with milk. The milk didn't arrive even after 2 phone calls. It finally arrived much later when we were out for the evening. Mattress was comfortable, but bottom sheets and mattress pad floated around because they weren't anchored. I discovered that we had accidentally left a phone in the room on the way to the airport. I called immediately to request that it be shipped back to me at my expense and was told that it wasn't found even though I know for a fact that it was plugged in. Clearly, staff kept it. I loved staying downtown Seattle, but will pick a different hotel next time.

Overall was a great experience. Modern clean, friendly and professional staff, and quiet. good Starbucks and restaurants service inside the hotel. And they were flexible for the check in time in the morning as we just came back from the cruise which dropped us off very early in the morning! We really appreciated their support and great services! Thank you so much, will use their services again!

Not worth the price

Very expensive for what we got. $600 CAD per night for a room with two twin (not queen beds). The lobby felt like an airport, the Starbucks (where we had to spend out extra resort fee of $28) was overwhelmed with people doing the same. Room was ok but basic, Lobby was over crowded (maybe due to the concert in town). But for $600/night was very steep!

I liked location. Some of the staff was great and some appeared to be undertrained. We were given incorrect information from at least two different staff members that told us the wrong information of when the concierge would be in. On Saturday we tried to go to the business office on the second floor but none of the elevators would stop on the second floor. Fortunately the concierge was able to print what we needed. But no directions on how to find the business office were given.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Sheraton Grand Club Level Room on the 33rd floor. We enjoyed wonderful views of downtown and Elliot Bay. Location was excellent and next to many places. Our room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. A couple of little improvements would have made our stay even better. I would have preferred using ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper cups for tea/coffee. The bathroom could have used a few more hooks to hang up towels or clothes. The hooks were also not very effective in keeping towels hung up. The towels kept slipping off which was annoying. We were glad we booked a Club Level room as it gave us access to the Club Lounge which meant having plenty of hot and cold drinks all day, as well as light snacks (more variety would have been nice as it was mostly pretzels, granola bars, nuts, chips) and breakfast. The breakfast options are a bit limited on the weekend (mostly just pastries, fruit, and oatmeal), but were enough to fill us up. On weekdays, breakfast included bacon, potatoes, eggs, pastries, bagels, toast, fruit, mozzarella cheese balls with cherry tomatoes, and oatmeal. Overnight parking would have been really expensive, but we were lucky to find street parking. I paid a destination fee of $28 plus tax per day, but essentially I paid nothing because you get a $20 beverage/food credit to spend at the hotel restaurants/eateries per day (we spent it at the Starbucks inside the hotel), $10 uber credit per day, and a yoga class.
