Horrible experience. A group of 5 of us came and reserved two rooms. First room for 2 people was fine. Second room for 3 people (my reservation) was completely screwed up! I reserved an executive suite with a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The front desk employee said those don’t exist, but that’s what I booked on Expedia. She just blamed Expedia and didn’t offer much help. After demanding a second room for free she agreed but then after about 20 minutes she tells me they have no other rooms. Finally the nice housekeeper helped us and atleast got us an extra mattress to lay on the ground. The room was also very run down with wallpaper peeling, caked on dirt in the corners of the bathroom, etc. Not what I was expecting when I booked an over $200 room in Bellevue and very dissatisfied with help and resolution I received.

This property needs some good cleaning. So very dirty sofas, chairs. Peeling wallpaper, kitchen and bathroom cabinets so very worn. It all needs some good cleaning or remodeling. Will not stay there again

We have stayed here multiple times. This will be our last. The sofa bed mattress cover was unsanitary with yellow & brown liquid stains & also food crumbles. Then when I removed it, underneath the cover the mattress pad had mold and mildew. As my mom had aleady retired for the night, I asked to have a seperate room at no charge for myself which they did accomodate. I had come.down previously to get blanket for my mom. While polite, it seemed like it was a hassle for the night clerk. I told my mom the clerk seemed weery & not the usually friendliness we have experienced at this location. I also overheard they were short on housekeeping staff. The carpet going down the hall was stained in areas & dirty in others. There was a layer of dust at the edges where the vaccum didnt quit hit. This was not our experience in the past. The carpet in our accessible room was torn at the edges and there were stains on the couch. The 2nd room were I eventually moved was very clean Unfortunately, early in the morning an alarm went off in the room next to mefor a long time. I called down but it went off before staff came.They did come fairly quickly knocking around 6am. They proceed to tell me no alarm was going off. I told him it just stopped. He kept "discussing it with me" I told him I didnt want to talk further in my PJs in the hall. The lobby area & morning staff were all nice. We have recommended thia locarion in the past. We cannot anymore due to poor cleanliness.

Out stay was far from good. We first got to our room and found hair on the be and hair in the bed. There was also hair on the bathroom counters. We immediately asked to switch rooms, which was accommodated quite easily. Our next room appeared cleaner until my girlfriend got in the shower and noticed the black mold surrounding the entire bathtub/shower insert. Due to her sensitivity to mold - she was coughing horribly for the remained of the evening. We originally were going to stay three nights but just stayed the one. The rooms were, small, dark & dreary, and somewhat depressing. We had a kitchen but was also small and needs updating. Not anywhere worth the price, in my opinion. We did run into other guests that felt the same way as well.
