Good in general. Location and surroundings are very good. Front desk staff are very friendly. Bed mattress is too soft and shaky. Internet connection is very poor, not able to connect. No bottle water in the room.

We stayed here for one night with my parents. Property and rooms are dated and need renovation. The kitchen cabinets in my room was old and didn't shut. Rom was spacious but dated. Continental cold breakfast and average choices. Limited seating for breakfast. Ok stay for the money. Area was safe and parking was abundant.

First off we arrived around 1030pm could barely find the place because the sign was tucked into the trees and had no lights in it to make it visible. The stairwell in the buildings smelled like dog/cat pee. When we got into the room it was nothing like the pictures on Expedia ,( come to find out from maintenance that those aren't even pictures of their hotel) the room was old the cabinets were falling apart and the room was dirty, wallpaper in the shower was mildewy and peeling off the wall, the grout on the back of the sink was dirty like it's never been cleaned, the tile floor throughout was sticky, there was tape across the floor to carpet transition, the drip trays under the burners were so dirty they had caked on burned food from previous tenants. The bedroom TV didn't work, and the light on the night stand had a short in it that it felt every time you went to turn it on you were going to get electrocuted. Now I will say the next morning maintenance came in and fix the light and TV and house keeping did clean a little bit better, but there was still caked on burned food on the drip pans The only reason I stayed my full trip is because I knew I wasn't going to be refunded in time to book another hotel and I was 6hrs from home.

Needs a major face lift!

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel! The location is great, but it is so old, the mattress is terrible and the staff is very unfriendly. We stayed 3 nights and the only staff member that was nice was the morning we checked out. Also, they said the ice machine has been broken for 20 year! We had to go buy our own and we left the rest of the bag with the staff member to offer to other guests. The free breakfast was a nice thing!

The staff are rude. In our room, the TV wouldn’t turn on and we were told to unplug it and plug it back in by the front desk. That didn’t work. The AC unit also didn’t work. We eventually switched rooms. The carpet is stained and dirty. The elevator is old and slow. This hotel does not have any amenities. We asked for a roll away bed but they don’t have one. There weren’t extra bedding in the room either.

The property was fine for the price. It’s not fancy and in some disrepair, but it was clean enough. We did buy some Clorox wipes and wiped things down, cleaned the floor, and bought an air freshener since it did smell stale. When we arrived, the toilet was barely flushing and the smoke and CO2 detectors had been taken down. This was reported verbally and in writing. They brought us a plunger to keep in the room and said that maintenance would be there in the morning to fix everything. It took 6 days, and reporting it to the right person, to get the detectors installed. They sat on the counter in the room through two “freshen ups.” They only “clean” once a week. All in all, the location was convenient to the highway, restaurants, and a supermarket. They provide a continental (all packaged) breakfast each morning and free parking.

Location is great, easy access to the highway. Close to the grocery store and few restaurants. Breakfast is okay, coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. The rooms need updating, that’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Filthy Room

Arriving and check in were fine. When in opened the door to room 429 I was shocked. The room was dark and the light was so dim I turned on more lights, which were broken. My room was filthy, the light plates were all sticky, the floor was grimy so I kept my shoes on. The counter tops and cabinets had splatter on them and when I went to wipe it off if washed off (gross). I think the only thing clean was my towels. I found hair in the sheets and wore flip flops in the shower. I tried to book at another place without luck, so I stayed the first night. I checked out the next morning after a rough night. Not happy and disappointed in the comments at check out by the front desk. No hospitality at this place. Wish I took pictures didn't realize I could add those to the review. (not as pictured on the inside of the rooms)

The district manager replied to my email that I sent after my trip & still had communication attached between him and the location manager basically questioning my medical condition as to why I needed to cancel the day I was expected to arrive.
