The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and provides excellent customer service. It’s a great option for travelers with pets. However, I would give it a 4/5 star rating because they need to invest in some new pillows.

It wasn't the quality I expected. The room was highly aged. The breakfast was non-existent. They only had yogurt and no other choices. No movie channels unless you log into your apps. I will probably not stay here again. I can do better for the money.

Our room was worn out. Carpet had tears, springs were at the surface of the sofa bed, cabinet fronts had food and liquid residue. Couch cushions need to be cleaned. Lasy at front desk was courteous and helpful and gave us a pad to put over the mattress on the sofa bed.

Room was clean and well maintained. I really only slept in the room because I was out and about on my vacation most days. But it was a nice place to come back to and sleep and shower for the night. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had, plus the amenities were very nice as well.
