Since checking into our room we had guests calling our room to check in happened a lot until I unplugged the phone, when I went to let the person up front know he casually said yeah happens a lot. Was nice, made no eye contact and when I let him know it was happening through the night as well he just said unplug the phone then. I paid way too much to be treated that way and not able to sleep at night so not a place I’d stay again!!

SUPER CLEAN….. but a bit shady
Parking was an extra 30$. The staff asked for cash to pay for parking. Bit shady I thought. They advertise parking I figured it would be free
Deadbolts broken off the doors, paint missing in places, evident damage to walls and doors. Outlets looked unsafe to use and not in convenient places. Did not look anything like photos

Great location horrible timing.
Hotel is in the middle of remodel. Got a terrible small room without a working TV. Hotel told us they would relocate us in the morning which they did. We were told to return at 2pm move everything and then waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the rooms cable. In the middle of the afternoon putting a damper on our entire afternoon. Noisy ang messy everywhere from remodeling.

The place was small, decrepit, and lacked basics like hot water.
Check in was horrible. Told that our reservation didn't exist. Finally the manager showed up and immediately found out reservation. I don't know why it was so hard to begin with. The place stinks like body odor and sewage. Don't really recommend unless you'll be spending zero time in the room.
This area is popular and great so seasoned travellers.

I was initially skeptical when I arrived from the airport, but the room was clean, staff were helpful, great location & good price. There are no cups/glasses in the room or hairdryer, but I can tell that the new owner is trying to upgrade. Perfect spot if you want to walk downhill to the cruise docks. I stayed before and after mine.

Charged me for an extra night without confirming I wanted it. I inquired about the price for another night which was too expensive and I didn’t agree to booking it. The next morning I found out they charged me for another night. They said they would refund me for it but not the taxes because my original booking was through Expedia (that I already paid for). They were the ones to charge me for the additional night not Expedia.
Now I’m waiting for my money back which unfortunately had 364.63$ pulled that I couldn’t use for my trip.
The hotel otherwise was in a good location, secure with the gates and cameras, and housekeeping was very nice.
If you are to book here I would double check your charges on your card and ask for email confirmation for your stay or a printed receipt.
The guy that charged me for another night was not the same guy who helped me get a refund. The employee who was working the night of 6/12 and did not care enough to do his job properly.
