The lady at the front desk who checked me in was super nice and very helpful, she explained all the information and details we needed to know, also the room was clean! This was the first time my little family and I stayed at a hotel and it was a great experience. Thank you to all the people who work there you all are amazing and do a great job.

The eggs were aweful and the bacon was far from the advertised (on the menu) thick bacon. Instead of thick I got about 12 of the thinnest bacon slices I think I have ever seen. The Oatmeal was great!

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Example, we were able to check in the following day, instead of the night of. They accidentally gave us someone’s room and quickly corrected it. We got a free meal for two as a result. This particular Holiday Inn is older, so it’s not as nice as others that have been built since 2014.

Our stay was pleasant and the staff was too. Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and the elevators were BOTH out of service. I've had recent knee surgery and this was a very difficult trip down the stairs with me struggling not to fall or re injure my knee.
