The location is ideal—right by SeaTac Airport—and the free airport shuttle makes travel incredibly easy and stress-free. Our room was spotless and very clean, with plenty of space, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We slept very well. The overall property felt well maintained, and the front desk and hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was our experience at breakfast. We went down at 5:55 a.m., just a few minutes before opening, and the hostess who seats guests was extremely rigid and abrupt, loudly insisting that no one could be seated until exactly 6:00 a.m. While we understand opening times, the tone and delivery felt unnecessarily harsh and left a negative impression. Aside from that single interaction, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, comfort, and overall service.

The front desk staff seemed to dislike their job. Hidden parking fees along with having to park your car at an inconvenient area. Front desk also assumes that you know you need your room key to get out of the parking area and that you should know where to leave your room key after you leave said parking area. No vending machines other than a first aid vending machine. So snack vending machine. Luckily 1 front desk person offered myself and my son a bottle of water Won’t stay here again!!

Very much don’t judge a book by its cover. Looks great but very superficial experience. Almost none of my electrical outlets worked in my room and the plumbing was bad; specifically the shower whereby the drain plug was stuck down and the bath faucet wouldn’t fully close, leaving a bad shower experience. Additionally, DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST. It was literally a microwave in a bag sandwich. Like honestly I watched her open it from a plastic bag and microwave it. Not worth $22. Pros: dinner was good, the beds are comfy, and the staff was very courteous. But overall it’s a very mid experience
