Very convenient property for a quick stay. Ground transportation provided which was very helpful, pleasant friendly driver! Check in with two staff checking people in was a bit disorganized. My husband and I stood in line waiting our turn for about 15 minutes and two other ladies tried to butt in front of us who had spent no time waiting at all. You need some sort of a line up rope guiding place so the butt ins take their turn waiting. It was annoying that I had to speak up and get pushy, the hotel put me in that position though, so sorry not sorry. The staff member was pleasant with me though.

Hotel needs updating. It has an unpleasant odor walking into the lobby as well as in room. The restaurant was decent, but way overpriced for the quality and portion size. If catching the shuttle from airport to hotel (less than 5 minutes away) expect to wait more than the 20 minutes indicated by the hotel. My wait was 30 .

Stay was for for my daughter. She said that the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean. My daughter appreciated that her rabbit was allowed to stay which was an important reason for choosing this hotel.

Great property to get ready for next flight. Restaurant at hotel is a little pricey, but food is worth it. Front desk staff is fantastic. Stephanie and Mir Ahmad are great to walk into!

I think they should tell you about the 35$ parking fee when you make your reservation. That was frustrating. Also, the hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are very outdated. I would have to say it’s not worth the rate.

The layout was very inconvenient. Lack of signage, not convenient getting to your room, poor lighting throughout the whole hotel, especially in the bathrooms, a community microwave sitting on a nightstand out in the hallway across the hall ( gross!). I will say the aesthetics when you walk in is very beautiful in the lobby and the restaurant area. But it’s a complete 360 of atmosphere once you start walking towards your rooms.

Appreciate this is an “airport hotel” but lacked basic accommodations for travelers and those on work trips, as we were. No late night dining or decent food options. We checked in at 10PM and had to settle for vending machine chips for dinner. Lobby is fine enough but couldn’t find outlets or a place to plug in for an hour or two before leaving. Single Peloton in the gym was locked and offline. As for toiletries, don’t expect any. Nearly empty lotion and hand soap. One pro, transportation to and from airport - easy enough and accessible. Expectations were low but this place really missed the mark on common sense essentials for travelers.

We love to be able to walk to the Hilton from the SeaTac terminal. Our room was really chilly but we ignored it because it was late. Tried tourn in the heat in the morning but it would not engage...brrr
