Heating system was VERY loud. Had to turn it off and wake up to a very cold room. Could hear next door room. Pillows were brutally small and bad. Hotel was in a very cool historic building. I really wanted to like it. But the basic amenities were really really bad.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are large and clean. It's convenient for the Scranton area. Being dog friendly is a plus for us. There was an issue with hot water, but hotel staff worked out an agreeable solution for us. We will stay here again

Rooms are very clean. Buildings was up-to-date, the bar area was very nice. The restaurant was very nice. The breakfast they served was very good but the rooms feel like a jail cell no real ability to look out the windows , the toilet paper holder also put in a ridiculous place. So your best off taking the role right off the holder kind of a stupid move on their part. The sounds well while in bed you could hear people whispering outside your room. It was very loud and has very little soundproofing. The heater unit banged on and off waking us up every time it did. I like the place and they may go back but
