Please note: This is a family-friendly home best suited for guests comfortable with the sounds of children playing and footsteps. We live upstairs with our two little ones; therefore, you will hear the natural sounds of children at play and everyday family life. Most guests find this adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

For outdoor enjoyment, you'll have exclusive access to your own front and back patios, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a family meal outdoors. The shared backyard area, including a playground, is also available to you—ideal for families with children looking to stretch out and play in a safe, welcoming space.
Note that we do not provide wood for fire pit or bbq.

We live on the property and are happy to assist if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. You're likely to see us and our two young children playing in the backyard from time to time — we do our best to keep things respectful and quiet, but there may be the occasional joyful noise of kids at play.
