Air conditioning wasn’t working in hot weather. Front desk said that they will move to a different room for second day of stay which was not acceptable. Checked out early

Breakfast: Breakfast was tasteless and not worth the stay. Night Staff: We found the night-shift staff to be quite uncooperative and dismissive when we approached them with requests. Restaurant Service: They got our order wrong twice in one sitting and most frustratingly, the servers expected us to "adjust" and eat the wrong food rather than providing what we actually ordered. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage the guest flow. There is a clear need for better training.

Great Property, staff and food

It is a good property to vacation … however the approach roads for more than 2kms were in very bad shape. The villas are good, spacious and adequately decorated. The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service. While I can’t opine about the entire breakfast buffet since I did not take the B&B plan … what all I had was good … idlis, dosas and omelette were edible though not delicious … rest as we had a villa with kitchen we were carrying our own stuff for breakfast. Lunch & Dinner were ok to good. This property has a medium sized pool, good enough for a family or group of 8 with kids. The highlight here is this property is within 6kms of the famed Trimbakeshwar temple, easy enough for a half day trip to the temple town, also the birthplace of Lord Hanuman is 6kms from here in the village of Anjaneri, though the actual birthplace is uphill from Anjaneri, a 7kms uphill trek to the top of mountain Anjani. Besides this Peruchi Wadi is an hour away so is the famous Sula Vineyards. Nashik city is 30kms from this property.

Was there for an overnight stay w/ my mom. The resort was beautiful & atmoshere serene. Wish i would've brought my swimsuit. The pool was huge & clean! Cleanest pool and grounds! The only 2 things I would change is the condition of the rooms. Not so bad. But not so good either. Need some updates. 2ndly, wish they offered driver accommodations. Our driver had to go on his own to find accommodations. Shower itself was refreshing. Tons of activities onsite. Will definitly be visiting again soon with kids & husband.

Amazing stay and beautiful hospitality. We had a conference here and they were very cooperative.
