After we checked in, my wife went to shower and there was a huge amount of hair in the shower and the bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was only one of the four elevators working on Saturday and Sunday and with the amount of people staying there it was awful.

I got stuck in the elevator as it broke down. My friend told me it was the same one they were working on about an hour prior. Of they knew there was issues they should have closed it. I told Marriott through the app and they didn't seem concerned at all, which is terribly disappointing. My neighbor was awful screaming at her kids until one in the morning then first thing the following morning. It was mother's day, I just wanted to sleep in. I understand its a hotel. I travel every week for work and live the hotel life. I shared this with the hotel staff as well. Again no concern or solutions. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

I decided to stay here because of the rating and excellence on the website. It was very disappointed with the condition of the room. It had a bad smell there was mold on the ceiling the AC was not cooling. Just bad over all. I would not recommend this hotel.

Getting locked in the elevator when it broke down was one of the most terrifying experiences. My neighbor on my hotel was screaming at her kids, and the baby crying all night and morning. I wished the hotel would have asked them to quiet down. It was Mother's Day and I just wanted to sleep peacefully. When I told them I got locked in the elevator, they didn't seem concerned at all. I would never recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Absolutely loved this stay! We only stayed for one night as we were traveling through with our two small children but we loved it! The location is amazing, easy to walk to the riverfront with shops and restaurants. The balconies inside were our favorite, getting to watch the boats in the riverfront was so cool. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!
