Love this hotel! We have stayed at The Thomson hotel, and many other high end hotels, and this by far is our favorite. The location is hard to beat. The rooms are clean, the bar and restaurant are easy to access. The staff is amazing, the gym and pool were perfect. We plan to stay again on our drive back to New York City!

Be careful booking waterfront rooms as there is a very loud boat shuttle that runs between 6:30 am and 10 pm and stops right in front of the hotel. They really need to get a boat with quieter motor! Stayed here multiple times.

The room was excellent clean beds, comfortable nice hotel only problem I would point out is that when we got there they charged a destination charge which was supposed to be included in the fees. Expedia showed.

Yes the room was clean. The thermostat didn’t work properly. It was too hot with the heat and you could not get it below 73. Too cold with air couldn’t get above 68. We turned the system off. Staff was very nice.
