Excellent staff, they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful Hotel. Great area, walkable distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. $50 a night for overnight valet parking seems overpriced, but I did it anyways for convenience. Bell service was exceptional. Attention to details are not kept up. Bathroom needs updating, dirty and moldy grout. Stained bath tub, couple of moths flying around. Bath towels were really really worn and old. Food and drinks at the restaurant Moss+Oak were overpriced for the quality, The cook threw some linguine in a bowl added a boat load of teriyaki sauce and some dry grilled chicken on top and called it stirred fried noodles😂. Same dry chicken they had on my, what was supposed to be arugula winter salad. They used spring mix instead 😂😂. We picked at the horrible food without complaint because we were enjoying the view of the river, the great atmosphere and good company. We went to Savannah for a good and we did. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to the area.

Great Location on the River; Excellent STAFF

The Staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The Valet Parking at $50/day was expensive but very efficient for getting in and out access to the car to make day trips from the hotel. And your car is in a very secure garage. Worth the price. The location right on the river was the main attraction for us. We LOVED our stay and would do it again.
