After booking, I read some reviews that made me nervous. I'm here to say our room was PERFECT. We had a river view room that met our every need. Clean. Comfortable. Even though we were only there for 2 nights, the room would be well-suited for a longer stay. The valet service was timely with our over-sized vehicle too. We'll stay here again.

Everthing was wonderful. We come to Savannah every six months or so to see family. We always stay at the Hyatt mainly for the view! The staff is always courteous and friendly. The room is always spotless and we love the food at the Moss and Oak, and a shout out to our favorite breakfast waitress Tawana, and our favorite dinner waiter Evan! We'll be back soon!
